* If sprinkler blowout is for a property that includes large landscaping, agricultural farmland, pastures, parks, large church lots, etc., the price of service is $80.00 per half hour or $160 per hour. Please call 208-453-2022 for an estimated price quote.

* Price will be adjusted if actual zones differ from that which is stated.

Spring Startup Rates:

When you're ready to turn back on your sprinkler system in the spring, give us a call to schedule an appointment with us! We will come out to your property and perform the following start-up services:

• Turn back on the water supply to your system (Pressurized irrigation customers this is usually Mid-April)
• Clean your Filter (Pressurized Irrigation Customers)
• Program your controller timer
• Turn on each station and check and adjust all sprinkler heads to ensure they are spraying properly and not hitting the fence, house, sidewalk, etc.
• Perform any sprinkler repairs that may be needed

Lawn Aeration Rates:

• Up to 5,000 Sq. Ft. $59.95
• Additional 1,000 square feet $10.00

Use a core aeration machine that pulls out approximately 1” plugs.

Aeration, or core cultivation, is standard lawn care. Aerating a lawn means supplying the soil with air, usually by poking holes in the ground throughout the lawn using an aerator. It reduces soil compaction and helps control thatch in lawns while helping water and fertilizer move into the root zone. The main reason for aerating is to alleviate soil compaction. Compacted soils have too many solid particles in a certain volume or space, which prevents proper circulation of air, water and nutrients within the soil. Excess lawn thatch or heavy organic debris buried under the grass surface can also starve the roots from these essential elements.
